Poitiers based rock and metal outsiders RedRedRed return with Wrath Of God, a new single that pushes their sound into darker and more unsettling territory. The track is available now on all digital platforms. Listen here: https://song.link/redredred_wg
Inspired by Werner Herzog’s Aguirre, the Wrath of God, the song dives into obsession, delusion, and the destructive hunger for power. It captures the feeling of moving forward while everything collapses around you. Musically, Wrath Of God is heavier, more oppressive, and more direct, yet still rooted in the raw rock pulse that defines the band’s identity. Thick grooves collide with tense atmospheres, massive riffs, and a restless undercurrent that refuses to resolve.
Active since 2013, RedRedRed formed with one simple mission to play the music they love without compromise. Drawing inspiration from Clutch, Down, Monster Magnet, Mutoid Man, and Mastodon, the band crafts a high impact blend of stoner weight, progressive twists, and heavy metal urgency. Their sound thrives on gritty guitar tones, muscular rhythm sections, and dynamic shifts that echo the unpredictability of their live shows. It is groove driven yet adventurous, grounded in classic heavy rock but unafraid to stretch into darker and more intricate territories. Authenticity and raw energy remain at the core of everything they do.
Wrath Of God anticipates the release of the band’s debut full length album Deaf Gods, set for March 27 2026 via Octopus Rising powered by Argonauta Records. Deaf Gods will be available on CD, deluxe vinyl, and digital formats.
Deaf Gods represents over a decade of persistence in the underground. Formed in rehearsal rooms and shaped through line up changes, limited resources, and a deliberate distance from self promotion, the band has chosen to let the music speak through volume and intensity.
“This album is the sum of years of riffs, line up changes, and shared energy. It is heavy, twisted, and human, our soundtrack to madness, anger, old gods and everything in between.” says the band.

Across eight tracks, Deaf Gods channels stoner heaviness, progressive tension and a stubborn DIY spirit into a record that feels lived in rather than manufactured. This is the sound of a band that has taken its time, refined its identity and embraced the chaos instead of polishing it away.
