After a short hiatus from the studio, Sardinian stoner/psych duo Bentrees are back with a brand new single, “The Sky Never Dies”, out now via Argonauta Records. The track marks a powerful return for the band and offers the first glimpse into their upcoming full-length album Silver Veins, which will be released later this year. Known for their intense and soulful blend of 70s-inspired hard rock and 90s/2000s-style stoner vibes, Bentrees once again deliver a song that fuses heavy, fuzzy riffs with psychedelic textures, introspective lyrics and a raw, earthy energy rooted in their native Sardinia. The band, formed in Iglesias in 2012 and restructured as a duo in 2014, is composed of Riccardo Podda (guitar, vocals) and Mauro Cocco (drums).
