RYTH interview

Hi, RYTH. Deceptor Creator was released this month. You must be excited?

We are very excited to have our music heard all over the world, and so far we are honored by all the good feedback.

First of all, we would like to know about the formation of the band. When and how was it formed? Do you think the band name ‘RYTH’ perfectly describes your music and philosophy?

The band was originally formed back in 2008 under the name 'Rain in Hell', we were really a live band that played original songs. However, we decided to change that and record the debut album 'Deceptor Creator'. And with that we thought we could make a change that involved the name of the band being with our new themes and sounds. Ryth is an Arabian mythical spectre.

Okay now tell us something about Deceptor Creator, and the lyrical themes behind each track. What are the ideas you wanted to put across?

Deceptor Creator has multiple stories that come from real life events that we are involved with on a personal and existential level, auto-autonomous comes from the reliance on automation and artificial intelligence literal take over.

And in respective album track order; Self-Destruct and following tracks until Facade tells a story of an individual that leads with selfish desires out of love and hate, among other elements put into the story and builds up to a downfall.

Overall, the album speaks emotionally from a fundamental nature of reality and existence.

Where and when did you record Deceptor Creator? Are you satisfied with it?

We have recorded the album ourselves with the help of Studio 77, Bahrain, in which the mixing was done. Mastering was by Alan Douches. Overall we are very happy with the outcome, and look forward to beating this album in all aspects in the future.

Are you going to release some official band merch?

We are hoping to, soon.

What are RYTH’s musical and non-musical influences?

All of the members have deep rooted passion for music in general regardless of genre, we are influenced/ or inspired by that, and the support we get from the local scene in Bahrain makes us want to record and share our music.

Shall we expect some gigs across USA or Europe near time?

We would love to play in both hopefully in the future should the opportunity arise!

When shall fans expect something new from you? Videoclip, single, documentary etc?

We are continuously working hard to finance another self-produced release or video, and are hoping to have something out without periods of inactivity.

Thanks a lot for the interview. Speak out to your fans, supporters, critics and our readers before we wrap up!

Thank you very much for giving us a shout, and much love to everyone around the world who has purchased and listened to our album. We enjoyed the many responses we got and we will live up to the expectations for future releases!
